The Sonic Sanctuary
The Sonic Sanctuary is a monthly immersive experience of sound healing, somatic movement, drumming, and ecstatic dance rooted in neurosomatic therapy. This judgment-free space supports emotional release, nervous-system regulation, and deep reconnection through rhythm, movement, and guided sound journeys.
