Customized Integrative Holistic Therapy Sessions
You will receive the works! Sound healing, bowls, tuning forks, aromatherapy, somatic therapy, energy work and intuitive reading that is inspired by your participation. After each session, there will be time for processing, and you will receive guidance on enriching your spiritual practice through the tools I will offer you. Sessions are either 60, 90 or 120 minutes. This is truly a mind-altering experience with lasting benefits.
Self Investment is only $1 a minute or $60/hr
Counseling and Trauma Work Sessions
I will work one on one with you to identify how your trauma has created harmful narratives that unconsciously impact every area of your life. During our sessions, we will identify these emotions and discover where they live in your body. What story have they been telling and how has that story effected how you see yourself and the world around you?
We will begin to reconstruct the narrative and work together to create measurable goals that will allow you to live the life that you deserve and desire!
After an initial screening and consultation, we will work closely to identify areas of trauma and trapped emotion that are causing you physical, emotional and spiritual pain. Sessions are conducted for two hours every two weeks. Each session is customized to reflect your desired goals and areas of healing that are identified. We will use a wide variety of therapeutic and healing modalities as well as customized meditations, hypnosis, regression, somatic therapy, shadow work and more.
Sacred Birthing
During this two-hour session you will be taken through the process of sacred rebirthing and energetic womb cleansing. Your experience will begin with a private ritual and releasing ceremony that will prepare you for a guided meditation that includes yogic breathwork and sacral movements. You will direct the energy of your pain, trauma and blocks. You will identify, speak to and examine the hidden beliefs and energetically release them with my help as your spiritual doula. These sessions can be powerful and intense and need to be approached with intention and readiness.

Love Shack is a collaborative of local wellness practitioners, counselors, artists, musicians and creatives dedicated to bringing free services, education and empowerment to the Dayton community.
